Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return any/all items (in new / resalable condition) for a full refund (less shipping fees). When mailing a ceramic switchplate(s), we recommend using "Priority Mailing Boxes" from the US Post Office and sufficient bubble wrap. Bubble bag mailers Do Not provide adequate protection!
